Child & Teen Therapy for
Anxiety, ADHD & Life’s Big Feelings

Big feelings can take over quickly. Sometimes they show up as anxiety, emotional meltdowns, shutting down, withdrawing, or behaviors that leave everyone wondering, "What happened?"

I don't believe those moments happen for no reason. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening underneath the surface, and help your child build the skills and confidence to navigate those moments differently.
Every child is different, so therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Some kids want to talk. Others communicate best through games, art, stories, or play. I tailor each session to your child's personality and needs, using evidence-based approaches that help them better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident in everyday life.

You know your child better than anyone else, and you won't be navigating this alone. Along the way, I'll help you better understand what's driving your child's behaviors, learn practical strategies you can use at home, and feel more confident responding to life's big feelings with connection instead of guesswork.

Where do I even begin?

You begin here. You've already taken the first step in making a change. Whether it's supporting your child through tantrums and big feelings, helping your teen identify the source of their anxiety or depression, or admitting that this parenting thing is really hard and you need some help for your own journey,
this is where you begin!
Kelly Sisler, LMFT can help with all of the above via secure online video sessions and is conveniently available Monday-Friday, or Saturday mornings to avoid the race of the week.
Use the form on the Contact Us page to ask questions and get scheduled today!
All behavior is communication. Together, we’ll figure out what your child is trying to tell us.
