Big feelings can take over quickly- often showing up as anxiety, isolation, emotional meltdowns, or behaviors that feel confusing and overwhelming for everyone involved. At Little Big Therapy, I work with kids, teens, and young adults to understand what’s really going on underneath those moments, build coping skills, and help them feel more in control of their world.
Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play-based approaches, we work together to support emotional regulation, better understand anxiety, navigate the challenges that come with ADHD, and process the stress of big life transitions.
Parent support is woven into the process. I help caregivers feel more confident and equipped to respond in ways that actually help, and build connection.
