Anxiety Therapy for Kids & Teens

Identify triggers, label emotions, develop coping skills

A young woman with brown hair, wearing a brown sweater, is standing indoors with her arms crossed. A black tape with the word 'HELP' written in white letters covers her mouth. The background shows a dimly lit room with beige curtains and a light source behind her, creating a somber atmosphere.

Anxiety in teens doesn’t always look like worry. Sometimes it shows up as irritability, shutdowns, perfectionism, or a constant sense of pressure they can’t seem to escape. As a parent, you might feel like you’re walking on eggshells- unsure of what will help and what might make things worse.

I provide online teen anxiety therapy for families across California, helping teens better understand what’s happening in their minds and bodies while building tools to manage it. Together, we work on reducing overwhelm, challenging anxious thoughts, and creating more balance in everyday life.

Parents are an important part of this process. You’ll gain insight into what your teen is experiencing and how to support them in ways that actually make a difference.
